I was using Koodo prepaid sim card in Vancouver and returned to Korea last year.
And from this weekent to August 21, I will be staying in Toronto. I want to use the sim card I used last year. Can I use it again? I want to check it with my account, but I think my account is not working anymore. I can't log-in. I tried 'forget password?' and changed my password, but still I can't log-in.

Unfortunately a SIM and an account that's been inactive for more than 90 days cannot be reactivated, you'll need to go to a Koodo store to activate a new account with a new SIM.

After a year without use your sim card wont be any good anymore. You will have to buy another. But a $20 sim will come with a $20 pre-paid credit
