Used Minutes in Self Serve

I have a post paid account with 50 anytime minutes and an add on for 500 more anytime minutes. It includes unlimited minutes after 5 pm.

When I look at my usage in self serve it shows 0/50 minutes used.
When I look into view details it shows a full list of all calls I have made since my last bill.

It now reads 257 minutes. I have 3 lines on my account so a lot of these calls use unlimited family calling but some (at least 27 minutes) are to other outside numbers during daytime hours.

My questions are:

Is it normal for minutes purchased as an add-on not to show up in "Airtime" in self serve?

Also does one use up all their add on minutes first before any minutes from their base plan are shown in self serve as being used?

Just curious, are you sure your plan was a postpaid? It must be a legacy plan with 50minutes. The 500minutes add-on is also strange. I didn't see it in the list of current add-on.

Normally add-on minutes should show up as another bucket in your usage. I am not sure why, have you just added the add-on or you had it for a while?

Got this plan about 2 weeks ago.

Called in about getting a better price/plan and offered plan for 50 minutes & unlimited text.

Added 500 MB data & 500 minutes via addons by agent.

Oh, that is a good deal. Have you started the new billing cycle with the new add-on yet? If you still didn't see the airtime usage of it, the add-on usage might not have been setup properly (or because it was a special offer, it didn't show). You might want to contact Koodo directly to ask an agent to check it for you. (Go with the facebook ( message will avoid the wait on phone).
