The easiest way to go high in data usage is to watch videos with your device, videos can take a lot of data and the higher quality the video the more data that you'll use. 1 movie can be upwards of 1 or 2 gb it's self so that's basically 2 hours of high quality full HD video. All the short video clips one watches over a month can easily add up to 2 hours of video. If you don't watch videos on your phone then the only other reason I could think is plain and simple your on your phone a lot lol, put down the phone and go outside its summer now lol ;-)
