Koodo charges 10.00 per mo. to allow seasonal hold. They should allow you to return to your existing plan when you return to full service. Instead you are faced with a different (not necessarily better) plan at a higher cost. The fee should cover holding your phone number AND your plan. You are really paying for nothing, no service, not even bare minimum, just holding your number. I like the plan now but don't want to pay full price while in Florida for the winter. Looking what is available now, it will cost me 5.00 per mo. more when I return and it cost me 5.00 per mo. more when I returned in May this year. Previous plan not even available. Unfair!!
