Yes Koodo has a mascot, but if the idea is to be a community and to be friendly, there needs to be a PR face. Why not make a staff member responsible for uploading tech promotions, tips, and contests on Youtube in a casual manner? By doing this you are not only giving a better sense of a community, but you also have a one up on some of the other companies which do not have a host for their channels. By simply making a weekly or bi-weekly 15 minute video you can provide people with something to tune into, and provide customers an easy and fun way to keep up on anything to do with Koodo.
