Usage portal is down on the site for me, since yesterday. Anyone else?

Up and working for me. Are any of the other pages working? Have you tried another browser, clearing your cache, incognito window, etc.?

Confirming that my usage is also showing up correctly, Daryl. I also see that your account is in good standing and nothing should be preventing you from viewing account details from our end. Try Allan's suggestions and let us know if that works.

its only the usage tab. every other section works fine. it does not work by any means, phone or multiple different PCs

its bad timing too, because i was 200MB from my data limit 2 days ago, and now i can't see if i have gone over. I find it hard to believe i haven't received a text message yet because of my limit.

Your cycle resets on the 6th of each month, so you still have today and tomorrow to go. I can confirm that you haven't used up your full data bucket as yet - but you are close. You also are on a Shock-free Data plan and have notifications enabled - did you receive a warning message when you reach 90%? If so, you should also receive a block and notification when you reach 100%.
