usage page is blank

I'm new to Koodo and have set up my self serve account. When I go to the 'usage' tab, I get a blank page.

If you click any of your other links on your self serve, do they seem to work correctly?

Couple of other pages are blank as well, but I think Koodo might be able to fix it via an old account issue. Thanks!!

Hi Ian - it looks like the email address you're using is linked to an old account that was previously cancelled. We'll need to manually detach the email from that old account, and assign to your new one. Can you please send us a private message on Facebook? A rep will help validate you as the account owner, and then sort this out.

Did you send them a private message and talk with them to get it sorted out?
If it's still not working then that is something you will have to message them again about.

I'd also suggest clearing your cache and cookies and what not or try an incognito tab and see if that helps you out.
