Is there any way to tell if a US text message was sent or received? All it says on the bill is "US text message".

You could call Koodo at *611 or 1-866-99-KOODO (56636), they should be able to tell you

Hi there...

If your bill shows that there was texting activity in the USA, it should be because text messages were sent since incoming text messages are free of cost.

I didn't want to call Koodo cause I didn't want to be charged to have them help me. I figured it out though :) I do have unlimited texting so it showed as no charge anyways. But I figured out what they were so all good. Thanks though!

Good stuff...

Keep in mind that there is no charge to call Customer Service... They will be more than happy to help you out... There are fees only when they do transactions on your behalf since they could be done for free using your Self Service account...

Hey Sherrie :)

Customer Service does not charge you for asking questions or when you need help with troubleshooting your phone. Service fees apply only when you call to make changes that can be done for free using your Self Serve account.

Hope this helps!
