I am trying to activate the US roaming 10 day package...I have text the text 10ALL to 4545 but have not received any confirmation. Should I get some kind of confirmation? I do not see it on my usage when logged into to self serve and it looks like I may have been charged the regular rates.

if it was added properly, you should see it under your list of add-ons. Honestly as long as you sent the text originally, Koodo can see you texted that number and can/will credit any extra roaming charges. If you have access to self-serve from a computer you could even just add the roaming add-on from there (if it wasnt added properly the first time)
