I exchanged my samsung galaxy s2x for another samsung gs2 because the other one was too slow even though I purchaced it three days ago. Well the one I switched it for is even worse. Ive used it for half an hour and its lagging, keyboard isnt working- i click on another letter and another letter gets displayed, and it is soooo slow. At the store when the koodo sales person gave me this phone, the screen cover was all scratched up, i asked her if it can be replaced and she said i had to pay for it. I paid for a new screen cover for no reason. I gave a brand new phone in for a used one. I paid 339 dollars for a used device????? I didnt know that when you exchange they give you an old device. What can i do??

Well, the Samsung Galaxy S2X is a pretty old phone (I think 2 years or so) so some lag, etc. will occur. You should of received a new device if you exchanged it within 14 days. I will direct this to Koodo Reps so they can discuss.

What mall/location/Koodo store did you get your phone from?

My other one which I returned did not lag like his one, it was just a bt slow.. bt this one is worse. I purchased the other one on sunday, and returned it today. So its been 4 days since I have had that phone, it was definitely within the 14 day time frame. I got it from the east york town centre location.

As long as you're still within the 14-day bracket from the day of activation, I think you can. Also refer to Paul's review below for an idea of just how good the Nexus 4 is! :)

Ya then definitely head in and exchange it for the Nexus 4 & I guarantee you'll be extremely happy with the performance especially when the update to 4.3 gets rolled out to you. If after that your not happy then I don't know what to tell you Irum, but I know you will.
What are you reading this for hurry up and go get the Nexus 4 man lol. If you get it come back here and let me know what you think :-)

I will certainly be going back today. Thanks for the advice, I really hope that I can get this stupid thig exchanged. Tbh, I was in a debate between these two phones bc the nexus 4 is unlocked, and thats a major plus for me. I just didnt know if it had a front camera.

Agreed the Nexus 4 is a much much better phone. I Have the Galaxy S4 & just got the Nexus 4 as well and when I fist got the Nexus 4 it was running Android 4.2 & it was decent, a little slower than my Galaxy S4. Last night I updated the Nexus 4 to Android 4.3 right after Google Announced the new version (4.3) & holy crap it's very close to as fast as my Galaxy S4 now & at less than half the price of the S4. I'm surprised but since I've had the Nexus 4 I haven't even used my Galaxy S4, it's that good of a phone, and for $300 you can't go wrong at all.

Keep in mind that Since the Nexus 4 is glass on the front and the back I'd highly recommend getting a case for it or you drop it your chances are pretty good your going to damage it. I got the official Google Nexus 4 bumper case in white & put it on my black Nexus 4 in a reverse oreo style & it looks slick as hell & protects it against most drops and scratches.

Does the nexus 4 have a front camera? I use skype fron my phone so if it does then that would be great. And today is the 5th day since I bought the first phone from koodo.

Yes it has a front facing camera, 1.3 Megapixels (which is good enough for skype)

So I've also been told that yes you can take it back still. So just to confirm what Paul is saying, and topper, yes you can exchange it. And you'll like the nexus over the s2x it's a great suggestion.
