upset with koodo service

i de-activated my phone and found it only a few hours later, when i called to re activate it and got to the option where it told me i could it only gave me the option of de-activating it again. ive called back over 5 times to try and get to the option of re activation. im extremly disappointed in koodo and the fact it doesnt give me to option to speak directly to a human and not a computer. i would like to avoid driving 45 minutes out of my way to get to the closest koodo kiosk and find a way to re activate it over the phone, as promised by your website.

Except that it does give you the option. 1-866-995-6636 Option 5.

So which part you are disappointed at Koodo for?Koodo did nothing to you personally......As previously posted call in to customer service to reactivate your phone.
