Upgrading plans?

Ok, I recently joined [January] Koodo with my own unlocked phone for the 45 dollar plan with the 10% discount. Now that same plan has been upgraded to unlimited minutes and 1 GB data. Can I upgrade to this without being charged or do I have to quit this plan and sign on for the new plan.

Hello RTMS RTMS,

Currently, if you want to get access you the new plans you have to contact Koodo using *611 from your Koodo phone or 1-866-995-6636 from a non-Koodo phone and speak with a customer service representative. They will assist in you getting a new plan.

There will be no charge, as currently you can’t switch to the new plans through self serve.
