So I currently have the Ace II x and it's not a bad phone but it tends to lag a lot and stress me out so I plan to buy a new phone next summer. I am on a prepaid account and I was wondering if I buy a new phone, does my number stay the same and do I get to keep all of my boosters once I switch?
Thanks!

Hi Stacey,

Your account will not change unless you decide to open up a new prepaid account. Simply buy the phone you'd like to have for a prepaid phone, activate the new sim card for it(if it requires one) and away you go, your account will stay the same, no change in Boosters or plan.

If you're looking for a decent upgrade I'd look at the Moto G, it has great hardware in a package that normally is meant for phones with lesser specifications. My older brother has one and he loves it, so I think you won't be disappointed.

Hope that helps :)

Thanks Daniel! (:

If I change the SIM will I need to get a new number?

No, when you activate a new sim card your current number will transfer to the new card. The only time you'd get a new number is if you opened a new account.

Hope that helps :)
