I would like to upgrade my one-year-old Nexus 4 16GB and I was wondering when I can do it and what exactly do I have to do? I still owe 139(-139) and I am con a Tab Medium. I recently received a letter saying that my spending cap had been removed from my account for my excellent payment history. Does it make any difference? Also, can I trade in?

You can upgrade your phone anytime. All you have to do is pay off your tab and pick your new phone with a new tab(if you want it)

You can trade in your phone but you won't get much value with it...

Hi Ana,

If you wanted to get a larger amount for your phone you could sell it (as opposed to trading it) and decide on a new phone beforehand. There are a lot of decent options available on a Medium Tab. If you have enjoyed using the Nexus 4 you could upgrade to a Nexus 5 for $0 on a tab medium. You can also opt for a Galaxy Note 2 for $0 as well. So you have a few options for a new device. I'll add the link for Koodos line up so you can have an idea of what else is available and may suit your needs.

Hope this helps, and enjoy your new phone when you decide on one :)

Keep in mind that if you want either one for $0 your current tab needs to be paid off first, either through self serve which will add it to your next invoice or in store when you get a new phone.
