Try logging into Self Serve before you try buying the phone.

I'm logged in. Keeps showing -150, no +tab deducted. Will it show it after purchase?

That's weird, it's supposed to account for your Tab while you're logged in. Do you have multiple lines? If so, go into your account and make sure you've select the correct number.

But at the end of the checkout process it should definitely allow you to use the Tab.

Three lines and yes correct line. I choose line(number) which has +41 tab yet check out shows -150tab and no defuction. I would think it should show -109 tab prior to giving out credit card info to place order.

Hi Ariwik, I suggest that you contact our webstore directly by email so they can have a look into this issue: webstore@koodomobile.com. Thank you!

figured it out finally i think. Koodo does not deduct +tab from -150tab(retail $150 phone which would be $0 to purchase on -150 tab) but does add +tab to -150 BUT you must buy phone worth more than $150 retail to get your +tab added so you would pay less difference to purchase. i.e. $300 retail phone on -150 tab would cost you $150 but +tab say $25, you would get phone for $125 yet retail $150 phone on -150 tab you cannot use +tab to reduce -tab so +tab is useless in this case.
