Upgrading and changing plans for customers who activated prior to April 19, 2015

If you’re a current Koodo customer on the Tab, you’re free to keep your current Tab and plan until you’re ready to upgrade. You can upgrade anytime! The choice is always yours with Koodo. You have the option to switch over to one of our new Canada-wide plans or to keep your existing one. Change your plan anytime. You’re never stuck with Koodo. One thing to remember is the new Canada-wide plans are only available with the new Tab. If you activated prior to April 19, 2015, you must upgrade in order to access the new Canada-wide monthly plans. We understand that you may need to change your plan and may not want to upgrade your phone or pay off your Tab. For this reason, the classic plans, available prior to April 19, 2015, are still available.
