Upgrade with Bill Credit offer currently on site

I'm trying to upgrade my phone on the site and get the $175 of bill credits... This offer shows up available to me when I log in to my self serve account. But it won't let me check out .... when I get past the agreement to pay off my tab balance on my next bill, it suddenly says "this offer is not available in your province" .... is this just a website issue? I want to upgrade my phone and get this bill credit offer. I selected Samsung Galaxy A5 and chose to keep my current plan.... I am in New Brunswick.

There has been an issue in selecting the right province on the site so maybe this is related. If you cant select the right province/are still having this problem I would recommend sending Koodo a message via Facebook and they can look into this for you and help you out.

Hey Jolene - would you be able to share some screen shots of where you see the offer and where it disappears? Once we have an understanding of what's happening, we can provide more direction on how to get this resolved.

Then I click where it says "Pay tab balance " it confirms. Then it says "not available in your province"

There was a message about the "home province" on top of the screenshot, I would suggest you change to your province before proceeding.

oh, ok. Then I would suggest you follow Ranjan suggestion: buy at the store, and if there is no credit, come back to here. He will apply credit for you.

Ranjan i was able to go to my local koodo and get the phone i was looking for. But they could only get $100 of Bill credits ... So if possible I'd like the remaining $50 Bill credit applied please. Thanks for your help
