I want to upgrade my plan to the current promotion, 45$ for 2gb and unlimited calling but I currently have a tab balance. If I select to pay it off on my next bill, can I upgrade my plan NOW (its limited time offer). When I log into my Koodo self serve the plan I want to shwitch to is not shown because I have a tab balance. If I select to pay off my tab (says will be added to next bill) can I immediately upgrade to this new plan that requires a 0 tab balance. What if the limited offer expires before my next billing date?
