upgrade opportunities

I have been with koodo for maybe 5 years now and have not received any offers for upgrades or even acknowledgment for being a loyal customer. I feel for customers like this should be offered better upgrade opportunities more frequently or a free add-on of their choice at no extra cost. Or even just an acknowledment of appreciation..

Koodo now allows you to upgrade your phone at any time, all that is required is that you settle your old tab either by paying it off in store or have it charged to your next bill via self serve. The only way to pay it off before was when you decided to leave Koodo, now it can be done any time.
