Upgarding my plan

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade my plan. It's showing under "Your Order" but there is no option to finalise/pay etc. The only option is "Clear Order". If I just leave it as it is would I have successfully upgraded or am I missing something?

You need to log into your self serve account and switch your plan from within there.
If you have been a customer for awhile and your trying to switch to one of the new plans you will need to call customer service to switch plans. You will also need to pay off your tab owing in full before you can switch to a new plan

Hi Karine. I did and got a confirmation email, but for some reason I still don't have data. Cellular data on my iPhone is turned on so I'm not sure what else could be the reason?

Go into settings-general-reset-reset network settings and that should solve your data issue :) Keep me posted!
