I was notified by mail to update my credit card since it would expire next month. I went on the website and updated it but it gave me a message to call to verify the details. I called the number and after going through all the prompts it told me that it cannot accept my credit card. This is the same card I have been using since I started my Kodoo account (Visa) so why would it now not be accepted? All I did was update the expiry date.
