My idea is to bring your page closer to the look of a phone screen. Keep the bright colors, add in icons where you have tabs for pages, make it technical and simple, choosing icons over tabs will give your site an edgy appearance. Making things easier to find.

Hi Marshall,

I'm sure the website went under UX testing before release. It's actually quite costly to have a site redesigned and rebuilt.

Are you having a lot of difficulty navigating the current site?

No difficulties, just giving ideas for upgrades, making a site current is very appealing to customers, also making it unique creates a selling feature.

I think the site is really simple and easy to use! Compared to other sites like Rogers... man, I can never navigate through that. I also really like the simplicity of Self Serve and how efficient it is.
