I have the 5gb plan for 94 dollars, yet you now offer the 5gb plan for 88 dollars. If its cheaper now, should it not automatically reflect this change for existing customers? Thank you.

No because the new plans have discounts built into them that aren't compatiable with the old tab system.

If you want one of the new plans then you'd need to pay off your existing tab, if any, and call customer service to switch to the new plans.

There's no service charge since this isn't something you can do on your own via self serve.

Note: if you're currently getting the 10% BYOD discount, it t is also not compatible with the new plans. And you'll loose it if you switch to a newer plan.
