Unsatisfied with Service

So I have spent EVERY HOUR Koodo is open calling CSR. My call is either dropped or I can’t get through when it drops for 10 min after. I have been calling since Friday!! On hold for hours and getting NO WHERE. What really puts the icing on the cake is when my friend calls after I call pressing the same buttons and gets through! While im still on hold. I was with Koodo for 3 years and then came back after my contract ended with Telus (someone gifted me a phone from them and had it set up already) because I liked Koodo better. I have over 10 friends and a handful of family members who got the 10 GB for 60$ deal who all are current Koodo customers. Then I read they won’t gve it anymore? What about the people who have wasted their whole weekend trying to get it?? I have DM’d them, emailed them and FB messages them. Nothing. I feeel ostracized... especially because my friend can get through yet I’m left on hold for hours on the same line she called after me?? If I don’t get the deal, I will be going else where, because this is unacceptable. You guys shouldn’t be answering a call made after me before mine is answered. I brought my own device over too. I just can’t believe it, I get you’re busy but nothing is excusable when my friend gets her calls answered after she called after me, and I haven’t even been able to talk to a human being on the other side, just Christmas music and then the line is dropped. I have called all weekend up till today. And nothing.

Unfourtunatley when an offer is gone its gone its not in the system anymore so if you didn't get through and get it then I think your out of luck.

Side note a koodo phone will work with Telus and a Telus phone will work with koodo as well so you never needed to leave Koodo.
Not when your parent had a plan and the phone was on a 2 year contract or else I’d fuck my dad over money wise. I just graduated high school at the time. I’m very well aware of this. Thanks tho
That’s so shitty. They should have made it available on self serve...so irritated with all this

I am very dissatisfied also! I haven't been able to get through to Koodo for several weeks. *611. nothing. Don't see a #800 anywhere? I don't think they care if they lose a customer due to bad service because I've tried to call, email, FB message, everything. no response
