I just switched over to Koodo from Telus directly at a Koodo outlet with a sales rep. When she switched out my Telus SIM card for the new Koodo one, "Unregistered SIM Card" appeared on my phone. I'm using a Samsung Note 5. I left there after almost 2 hours of waiting and I'm still having the same issue. They told me to restart my phone every 30min to an hour and that it should connect to the network before the end of the day. I was reading other posts and many others have had this issue. How long did it take for the issue to get resolved? As we live our lives on our phones these days and I'm also being independent worker, I need my phone to work ASAP. Any insight on this would be appreciated! Thank you.
