my phone is displaying 'unregistered sim' and the sim card is inserted correctly. I traded phones with my mom yesterday- we exchanged each others sim cards and for a while each phone was working fine. Now ine has no service. why? Thanks!

Was the service cancelled on that SIM?

Your best bet would be to call Koodo and ask what the status on the account is.
