I rarely use my cellphone to make phone calls yet I've used 491 minutes of my 500 minute talk booster.  How can I reconcile this?

Did you receive calls? They use up booster minutes too...

If someone calls, but I miss the call does that use up booster minutes?  I've received a few calls from the U.S. with numbers that I don't recognize.  So I've ignored them.

In self-serve, Phone Services tab, then Usage History --- should lay out your consumption details.

Not answering a call does not cost booster minutes. Not likely, but is there any possibility that your Koodo number was involved in Call Forwarding of any sort?

I downloaded an application for my cell phone called 'Cell Duration Explorer' which allowed me to analyze my phone calls very accurately.  It turns out that I did use the talk booster as much as indicated by Koodo.

Thanks for everyone's response.
