Hello, Koodo. 
I came here because of payment again. So the situation is that I cancelled my Koodo phone service on last Aug when I was leaving from Canada. but it wasn't done correctly so that I had 3 months unpaid payment on last Dec, even though I didn't use Koodo service. So, then I contacted with you guys and I deal with everything with payment and definitely remember that it's your fault and you said there is no more problem or payment on my account. 
But recently, I got the email, which is saying that I still have to pay $41.88
it's saying that it is Balance forward from my past bill.
I have no idea what going on right now, and it's so annoying to do same thing and deal with this problem in my country because of time difference.. That's why it is so hard to contact with call service center for me. 
please send me a email or call me about this problem. 
I don't want to pay this thing and have bad credit.

Because you are out of country you can have this dealt with by sending a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter.

Koodo will not contact you. You are going to have to initiate the contact yourself.

I understand that it is hard and annoying to deal with this from where you are now. When people ask to be contacted on this site they are always told to either call Koodo or to contact them through Facebook. It's so they can verify who they are talking to.
