Hi there, I recently switched my plan using the Self Serve online tools. I paid off the remainder of my tab immediately, the same night yet, the tab remainder still shows up on my next monthly bill. Also, I was paying $10/month towards the tab, but now it's entirely paid off (paid off remainder when I switched my plan) but there remains the $10 charge on my bill. That's a total of $74 or so on my bill that shouldn't be there. Who can I contact about this?
