Hello, I have been with Koodo since December of 2013. I had a iPhone 4s and I want to unlock it, and I've already gotten a new phone. But I dont know how to unlock it is it a problem because I've already changed phones?

I would just reactivate your old sim on self serve and put it back in the old phone.

Then call in and request an unlock.
Confirm it is your iPhone 4s.

They say it is done.

Then change back to your new sim and new phone

The phone doesn't have to be active. She can call in and give them the old phone's IMEI. I've done this several times.

I can confirm what Ivan said.

There is no need to waste your time by putting the sim card in the old phone. Just call Koodo and say you want to unlock an iPhone, give them the IMEI and done.
