Unlocked iPhone 4 shows "No Service" and we already connected it to iTunes but it is still not working,

We just moved from Rogers to Koodo using an unlocked iPhone 4, the guy at Rogers unlocked it for us, we already put the SIM card in but it shows "No Service" and we already connected it to iTunes but it is still not working, would someone share ideas on how to make it work?. Thanks.

Hi David. We try another Koodo's SIM card and it works in the cell phone so I think it is the SIM card we got this afternoon that is broken, i guess I am going to have to come back to the store tomorrow and ask them for another SIM card.
