You can try contacting koodo, either by phone or Facebook messenger, and see if they're willing to be generous. They are under no obligation to be though. Presumably you did know when you signed up how many minutes you get per month, and there is, to my knowledge, no provider in Canada that seems notifications when you have used up your minutes.
Koodo isn't a babysitter. They won't hold your hand. You are responsible to check your usage and pay for what you used. You have the tools to check your usage, so you should manage it accordingly. If you need extra minutes, perhaps take a look at unlimited minute plans.
