Unhappy with my bill / make changes

I strongly suggest that you look at the amount due that I owe you. It exceeds my plan limit. I would like you to make the appropriate changes to my account or I will have to change providers.

A) this is a customer forum, not a direct line to koodo. Nobody here can even see your bill, much less change it.
B) your plan rate is a base price, not a maximum. If you use more than your plan includes you will be charged more. This will be the same no matter which provider you switch to.

I don't understand what you are saying. There is no automatic cut off of your phone once you used up what's in your plan. If that's what you want you have to switch to prepaid service.
