Why hasn't my tab balance changed from month to month?

Is there a tab charge on your detailed pdf e-bill each month?

The Tab balance (negative Tab) should reduce once per billing cycle.
Have you checked your pdf bill, and checked the amount of the previous month and this month?

Over how many months have you looked at your tab balance and it hasn't gone down?

Sorry, just caught up to these in spam. I had looked back to September 2016 with no change in a $60 tab balance month to month. However, I received an itemized statement of the tab balance on May 11 from Cynthia P. (which did not end up in spam with the rest) showing a declining tab balance down to $60. on the last bill. Thanks to all for your prompt attention. Sorry about the delay.

Sorry are you saying bills going back to September 2016 are showing no change in your tab balance until now or that it has been going down to 60 dollars now?

Both. No change in the tab balance on the monthly bills; only the itemized statement from Customer Care shows a declining balance down to the actual $60 balance. I'm confident that the next bill will show a $45 balance.

Was that Tab balance negative (-)? if it was a positive Tab, it might be a credit for you to spend on the next Phone.
