unalble to receive and make calls from my koodo mobile

Hi there, I am a 3 month old customer of koodo....i am unable to login in my account for online access.... since 2 days all of a sudden i am unable to receive and make calls from my koodo mobile.....please help

I also don't have that pin number because I was not able to login to my account also....and to solve my problem, rep are asking for the pin number

You shoyld have picked your PIN number when you created your prepaid account.
If you forgot it, then rep will ask you a lot of question to make sure you are the one own the account and help you to reset your PIN.
Does your base plan includes talk minutes? Or do you have a Talk booster?

ya I did top up for my plan on 3rd Aug...still not able to make and receive calls as well as not receiving messages

Try removing the SIM and put it back in, then  restart your phone again.

How did you contact Koodo? (You mentioned the rep asked you PIN).
If you have another phone and if it use same size SIM, you can test your SIM on the different phone to see if it work or not.
If you called them from land line or other phone that uses different size SIM, then talk to them again to get help. 
I'm surprise they didn't help you when you called in at first time.
