Unable to recharge phone

I have a Samsung phone through Koodo. When I plug it in to recharge it, it says "charging," but even hours later, when I remove the connection, it says "no charge." What is the problem?

Have you tried a different outlet? It could be the specific outlet you're using

Ya I think you need a new Battery. I don't think I've ever had a phone for 3 years so I'm not 100% sure how long they last but 3 years seems like it's quite possible the battery is done, especially if you charge it frequently.

I think you're right. It might have something to do with the battery.
