Unable to Purchase HTC One M8

I want to upgrade my phone, and I was interested in the HTC One M8. There is no retailer that carries the M8 for Koodo in my area, so I went online. When I try to buy the phone online, I get a message that says that my order cannot be processed. Nothing is wrong with my credit cards (I tried a couple of them). Can anyone help me with this?

Could just be an error since it is available online (but on Tab S only). Try clearing your cache/cookies from your browser and try again. Also be sure to log into Self Serve before ordering it. I'm assuming you've paid off your Tab balance through Self Serve already, too? That would need to be done.

I have tried again after clearing my cache/cookies from browser. I was doing that before I posted my question as well. I still get the same result. And yes, I logged into Self Serve first and my Tab is completely paid off.
