Unable to verify new credit card

I removed an old credit card today and replaced it with my new activated card. I have successfully used this card at other shops.  I went to purchase some booster add ons and received the message "Unable to Process TransactionWe are unable to verify your credit card information, so this transaction could not be completed. Your credit card has not been charged." My base plan is due today as well and my auto top up is now set up to the new card that will not work. Not sure how I can pay this bill???
