Unable to verify credit card info?

On my LG K4, I'm trying to Top Up my account so that I can add a booster. Every time I've tried today (March 1) and yesterday (Feb 28), I've received a message saying that the Top Up can't be processed because Koodo can't verify my Visa debit/credit card information. My card has worked before with no problems, why is it not working now? Does this mean that, in a week when it comes time for my automatic top up, the card won't be verified and my plan won't be paid for?

Edit 3:13pm: Just tried to top up on *611, but they said they're unable to process my request and to contact my financial institution. But I know it's not a question of available funds, so what's the problem Koodo?

Did you try contacting your financial instituion and seeing if they see any problems?

I would call Koodo and ask them exactly what the problem is or call your bank to see why Koodo is having a problem with your card.

Have you got another credit card to check if it was the card or Koodo payment system?
I would also check with your credit card company, sometime they flagged certain transaction and didn't allow it go through.

My financial institution said there were no problems on their end. I didn't get around to trying to call Koodo til after 9pm, so they were closed. Haven't tried yet today, but if it doesn't work, I'll get in touch with Customer Service and see what they can tell me.

What is the amount of the top up you are trying to process? There is another thread pointing out problems with multiple purchases.

Sounds stoopid, but try doing a smaller top-up and a single purchase on *611.
