I want to buy a new phone but the site redirects me to your "page doesn't exist" when I use my existing adress. If I re-enter my address, it says it doesn't match my Visa card. Trying to send an email via your site gives me a 404 error. All you lines are busy and have been for 3 days. What am I supposed to do? Can't even cancel my plan because I can't reach you.

It's not going to get much better until the 20th once the promo plan is over. All I can say is call right at 9am and you might get through within an hour. Like, once the clock strikes 9.

In the meanwhile try the site again after clearing your cache and doing it in a private / incognito tab and hope it works.

Hmmmm...just tested it myself Genevieve. Site works and we haven't gotten any report of it being down. I see that you logged in today, and also that you update your billing address yesterday. Can you clear your history and see if it's not just a browser issue?  
I updated my adress yesterday because using the "ship to current address" option directed me to the "oops, page doesn't exist" thing. I did clear my cache, and try in a different browser, same result. Tried again today at work, same result. I can send you screenshots if you like.

I'm going to wait until the 20th like the other user suggested, then try again.
