Hi, my koodo phone has been "updating" since 1:30 when I clicked on "install updates." It is 7:30 pm and it is still not finished. Help?

Hey Shan!

Is it still "updating"? Don’t hesitate to give our techs a call by dialing 1-866-995-6636 (#6) from a landline for assistance. If you still having issues, I recommend taking it into a Koodo Shop near you (http://koo.do/locator123). A Koodo rep will take a closer look at it. If you need more info on the warranty, please click here: http://koo.do/JVO5Mk.

Keep us posted!

Hi! Yes, it is. I brought my phone to a rep at a local mall and he sent me home with this link: http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/wi...

However, I have a MAC book so I can't download the software to correct it. So, I will use a friend's phone tomorrow and call Koodo and see what are my options.
