unable to speak to a rep for 3 days what do I do?

I have been trying to modify my plan however the website redirects me to your "page doesn't exist" when I use my existing adress. As well as for the last few days your lines have been. So busy that as soon as my phone number is taken, I am told there is a 1 hour wait time the phone call is immediately dropped. Due to the fact the promotion end tomorrow I’m not sure what my options are.

If you can’t get through on the phone ... go to Koodo store or a 3rd party vendor... sign up for a new line on the same account... you have 15 days to cancel it without being charged... that ensures you get the plan and then you have time to talk to Koodo about porting your phone number to that line ... or whatever ... if at 14 days you can’t connect with Koodo rep ... you then need to decide if you cancel new or old plan...

I got to customer service after 3 days of trying. They set me up with a Call Back from the loyalty department and are now offering this plan for existing customers through telephone support.
