Unless I'm mistaken, Leb, I don't think Koodo has a roaming agreement with any carrier in Kuwait. I'm not 100% sure, though, I'll try to get an official answer on this.

Ok, apparently, Koodo can roam in Kuwait on the following 3 carriers:

Viva
Wataniya (now called Ooredoo)
Zain Kw

Reboot your phone first, Leb, and try again. Please report if it's not working. If it is, reporting would be nice too :oP

Also, please state what phone you are using.

All 3 carriers use the 900MHz and 1800MHz frequencies for their 2G GSM networks. As for HSPA usage, they require a 2100MHz compatible handset.

Your device needs to support these frequencies, otherwise, it won't work.

I did all what u said then I contacted Koodo support. They said I can't have roaming before 6 months in the service. Its really a strange company. I phoned support when I was in Canada and they activated roaming and didn't mention this rule before

6 months before roaming?? Never heard that before. Are you on a spending cap program?

I could have changed the provider because I suffered so much from Koodo. As the first week of service they suspended my line suspecting fraud. Can this happen in any respectable company?????
