Unable to receive calls

Since I have got this koodo number, I am not able to receive calls from different numbers of other Telecom service providers. When I called helpline, it was not at all helpful. Huge disappointment with koodo services. Is there any solution for this problem?

Can you give us more information, Jani? What plan are you on for example and are you able to call out?

Did you port over or start with Koodo ? When did you in either case? We would need to know that first

Plan is 1gb data+ unlimited calls i started with koodo since Feb 2016.
I am able to call and send messages but people using different telecom services are unable to reach me. When they call me, call gets disconnected automatically. I called koodo helpline which took atleast 30minutes to connect to customer service representative who had no idea about this issue.

Hey Jani!

It seems that our technical support team verified the network and on that level, everything is A1 - the issue doesn't seem to reside there. 

Which phone are you using? I'm wondering if it has to do with the compatibility of your device to our network.
