Unable to pay my bill using credit card on self-serve

Hey guys,

I cannot pay me bill using credit card on self-serve.
Error message is about billing address mismatch.

Double checked the billing address on self-serve, same as the address of my credit card.
First time paying bill on this account.

Try a different web browser. Try calling in and paying with credit card over the phone.

Is it a pre-paid credit card? I wouldn't recommend trying to pay Koodo with prepaid credit cards.

Last resort would be to make payments to the account through online banking.

Thanks for replying.
Tried Microsoft Edge and Firefox, still don't work.
It's not a prepaid credit card.
Already paid through online banking, almost forget this method.

And since computers take things so very literally, they appear as different addresses!

Care to experiment and change the Koodo address to match the bank's? Also, make sure your name is the same in both as well.

It will be interesting to see what happens.

BTW, If I recall, CRT is the correct abbreviation for Court in the CP guidelines, so maybe changing your address in your banking information is REALLY the correct path, but let's start with Koodo!

The problem is after I enter my address manually (XXX COURT) and click submit. Koodo system will automatically format my address to XXX CRT and ask me confirm or not...

Also tried changing my bank address, system re-formatted my address to XXX COURT...

BTW, I've been using this credit card for three years, no problem for other payment.

I just guess that, maybe, my Koodo address on file is different from the address I updated on self-serve.

Maybe time for a chat with your bank!

At least you know you can pay through online banking. That's my choice for just about everything - when the bill arrives, I create a payment for a future date in time for the transaction to clear, then don't worry about paying on time.  I do miss out on points, though.

Hello Aodan, This problem that you have is because, if i not mistaken is the first time you are trying to pay using this credit card with Koodo. when you have this type of error messages you need to called customer service and needs to submit a Form, after the Form is completed you will be notify in 2 Business days that you can now use the Credit Card with Koodo. Regards.!
