I am unable to pay my bill. I tried with credit card. It is saying address is not matching. I tried to call koodo support several times. Nobody is picking.
Imtiaz, you changed your billing address just a couple days ago in self-serve. I suspect that has something to do with it and why there maybe a mismatch when address verification is done. There are many alternatives to pay the bill though. If the address is correct now and matches it should work next month.
