Unable to manage number, Self Serve Error

I would like to port my number to Koodo. I already activated and setup my selfserve account. When I click " Manage your phone number" I receive an error "Oops! We're unable to change your phone number right now."

Anyone know why this is the case?

Maybe it's too soon to change your number? If that's not the case, I think it's because maybe it's a new account? try again later and if it still doesn't work out, contact Koodo!
