I’m extremely sorry to understand that you are encountering some issues with your Koodo services and I will do my best to provide you with all the necessary details!
Upon carefully checking you Koodo Mobile account, I can assure you that it is in a very good standing and it is provisioned with all the necessary features in order for you to receive our services.
Your base plan was property changed on 12th of July 2017 from the $55 one to the $40 one, as you have noted.
The $40 plan is active and it should definitely function. As you already know, it allows you to make & receive unlimited Province-Wide calls and a Talk Booster is required only for long distance calls.
Since you noted that the calls cannot be initiated, please note that I’ve just updated your plan, for troubleshooting purposes. However, at this moment, you have the same plan, the $40 one, which is active until 19th of August 2017.
My recommendation will be to turn OFF and ON your cellphone, to receive the changes from your account and to establish the network connection.
