Unable to login to selfserve

10 days after registering im still waiting for access to my account. It says it's linked to another email address which is very unlikely since I only have one. Also the reset password link doesn't work, I'm not getting any email from Koodo at all . Any idea how to fix this?

You'll have to contact Koodo to fix this.
You should have received an email with steps to register for self serve.

You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter. That's pretty much the fastest run less you have 1-2 hours to kill on the phone.

You can also back up your personal info like contact s and maybe some family photos, then perform a factory reset and go from there

This issue is with the self serve login on koodo's end. Resetting the phone will accomplish absolutely nothing.
