Unable to login to selfserve

I migrated from public mobile to Koodo, received SIM today but no other emails. Had to call in to get line ported, but I'm unable to login to my self serve account.

Every time I try to log in to self serve it states that my account is associated with another email address and that I am waiting for approval from the owner. How do I deal with this?

Koodo sends an email containing a link to complete your registration. It appears now that you have two instances of an account, thus the message about the account already being linked to another. One of the steps you will need to complete once you get the welcome email is contact Koodo, and ask they delete the duplicate, so you can use the link in the welcome email to properly link to your account. Check your junk folder to ensure te email didn’t end up there.

I haven't received any such emails to complete my registration. I registered the account but didn't have my account number. So I called customer care and they did the setup for me.

Same issue happened to me last month. They really need to fix their system. I signed up last month and they didn't even send me a service agreement! I was eventually able to pry it out of their hands after a CCTS complaint.

Yeah, I called them and they sent me an email to activate my account.
